Class Description –

Boot camp / Circuit style training.

A combination of cardio and resistance training, designed to increase your heart rate to burn fat. The use of weights is incorporated to ensure muscle development and strengthening. Come be part of the team and have some fun.

Class duration is 45 minutes.
