All ongoing clients of SJ’s Total Health and Fitness must complete a safety orientation.
During the safety orientation, you will be shown:
- Emergency exits and procedures.
- Cleaning procedures and toilet/shower facilities.
- Access procedure when the gym is not staffed.
- how to use various gym equipment.

Casual daily rate customers are not required to pay a joining fee. However, they must begin and complete their entire workout session during staffed hours. Casual daily rate customers will be asked to leave when the business hours of that day expire.
