We limit our sessions to 60 minute sessions. We do this to ensure you receive a quality work out with focus on technique and outcomes. We want to provide a safe workout with appropriate time for warm up, routine and cool down.

We offer three training plans.

A single training session per week is $65 per week on subscription saving you $260 over 12 months.

Two training sessions per week is $125 per week on subscription saving you $780 over 12 months.

Three training sessions per week is $190 per week on subscription saving you $1040 over 12 months.

Terms and conditions

Contract term is for 12 months.

Contract can be terminated at any time with two weeks notice.

Bookings are essential as we allocate specific time to meet your training requirements.

Appointments can be rescheduled with 48 or more hours notice. We will endeavor to assist in any reschedule, however short notice cancellations (under 48 hrs notice) may result in the loss of that PT session and forfeiture of that payment at the gym’s discretion.

All pricing is in AUD.

All ongoing clients of SJ’s Total Health and Fitness must complete a safety orientation.

During the safety orientation, you will be shown:

  • Emergency exits and procedures.
  • Cleaning procedures and toilet/shower facilities.
  • Access procedure when the gym is not staffed.
  • how to use various gym equipment.

To arrange orientation, please send a message via our Contact page. Alternatively, please ring our office to arrange a time.

Casual daily rate customers are not required to pay a joining fee. However, they must begin and complete their entire workout session during staffed hours. Casual daily rate customers will be asked to leave when the business hours of that day expire.
